Studio Meridian was founded on a simple observation: most small businesses struggle to present themselves with the visual confidence their products and services deserve.
Evan Setzer is the founder and creative director of Studio Meridian. With seven years of experience in Adobe Illustrator and a background in accounting, he brings an uncommon combination of creative precision and business fluency to every project. Where most designers think in aesthetics and most analysts think in numbers, Evan works at the intersection of both — building brand identities that look intentional and position businesses to compete.
His design work began with applied client work — developing visual identities, apparel graphics, and branded materials for organizational events with real deadlines and real audiences. That foundation in practical, brief-driven design informs how Studio Meridian approaches every engagement: with clarity about the problem first, and craft in service of the solution.
Evan is currently completing a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, a discipline that shapes how Studio Meridian thinks about brand strategy. Understanding margins, positioning, and competitive markets isn't ancillary to the creative work — it's central to it.
